These Herkimer diamonds are found inside matrix pieces that were started 400+ million years ago, now located at Herkimer diamonds mines in New York, USA. The miniature pocket sometimes contains Herkimer diamonds that are attached to the host rock. These are truly 100% real and heavy and solid.... Do not place on a glass table -it'll scratch it a lot. note on some I have cut off the host rock to provide a smaller and more mobile display, Please see pictures! This is beautiful hand mined quartz diamond from Herkimer NY, This Matrix specimen itself was found inside a rockshelf, these rocks can weigh as much as 500lbs to move, lucky for you!
