Five slices totaling 25.7 g of Chondrite Meteorite Slice from Africa. Great pieces for resale. Chondrites are the most common type of meteorite that falls to Earth but are rarely found because they bend in with Earth rocks. The iron in them makes them mildly magnetic. One of the samples has a noticeable black fusion crust and was tested to confirm nickel content. It has small iron/nickel inclusions that sparkle in the light. Rare and valuable item for collectors. This space rock has not been nicely cut and comes with label and display case adding to its appeal. A 4.5 billion year old fragment that formed our solar system.
