Fluorite from Lungau, Austria

Stunning blue/green zoned and etched Fluorite from Twenger Au, Lungau, Salzburg, Austria. The fluorite shows beautiful partial zoning with a blue rim surrounding a deep green core. A delicate-water etched texture is present all the way around the crystal. A beautiful example of these alpine fluorites which are often hand-mined at elevations exceeding 2500m. Undamaged. Measures approx. 3.5cm x 3.5cm x 3.25 cm
